ACCESS TO WOODLAKE PARK
As you may or may not be aware, the old Woodlake Golf Course has been purchased by Bexar County and will soon become the largest park in the county at 161 acres. Woodlake Park is currently undergoing extensive renovations and our community no longer has direct access to this park through the golf cart sidewalk that was previously built for the community to access the grounds directly.
Bexar County P & R has since removed the golf cart sidewalk at the lot line.
WHAT THIS MEANS?
... for Residents, Guests, & Pets:
Please DO NOT use this golf cart sidewalk to access the park,
as you will be trespassing on a private
property/lot > 6719 Congressional Blvd...
this is the first house by the FM78 exit gate.
The old golf cart sidewalk is currently located between
this lot and the zero lot side
of 6723 Congressional Blvd.
Please do not disturb this
property or residents.
The HOA does not own or pay any type of tax on this property.
The HOA does not own any of the drainage ditches located inside the gates
near our community streets.

EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE / REGISTRATION, INSPECTION, OR INSURANCE (LACK OF)

ANY TRACTOR TRAILER, INDIVIDUAL TRACTOR OR TRAILER PARKED UNATTENDED OR IN VIOLATION PER COVENANTS

VEHICLES DEEMED AS A BIOHAZARD (LEAKING FLUIDS IN PARKING AREAS OR STREETS)

ANY VEHICLE HINDERING ACCESS TO GATE, DUMPSTERS, DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, TAKING UP TWO OR MORE SPACES, OR BLOCKING ANY VEHICLE FROM ENTERING OR LEAVING.

ANY VEHICLE PARKED ON GRASS, SIDEWALK, OR PARKED AS A NUISANCE TO ANY LOT IN THIS PRIVATE COMMUNITY
VEHICLES WITH REGISTERED HOA WINDSHIELD DECALS WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CURRENT CONTACT INFO ON FILE & THE PROPERTY ACCOUNT WILL BE FINED FOR ANY VIOLATION. OVERNIGHT ON-STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED IN THIS COMMUNITY & VEHICLES ARE AT RISK OF BEING CRASHED OR BROKEN INTO BY ANY EMERGENCY VEHICLE IF PARKED ON THE STREET AND IN THE WAY. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT TIME IS CRUCIAL IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION & THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO DAMAGE OR MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THE WAY. AS A COURTESY, ALL RESIDENT OR GUEST VEHICLES MUST NOT BLOCK ANY TRASH CONTAINERS OR BLOCK ACCESS FOR THE TRASH TRUCKS TO SERVICE RESIDENTS.
